Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

BioCryst Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) previously reported that it expected an approval decision on ORLADEYO™ (berotralstat), the Company’s oral, once-daily therapy for the prevention of hereditary angioedema, in Japan in December 2020. Due to the recent national policy decision to implement an “off-year” drug price revision in Japan in 2021, the Company now understands the approval decision is in January 2021.
